Hocus Pocus is a Dutch techno outfit from the early 1990s. This, for you young people, is what early east coast NYC (esp Brooklyn) raver parties were sounding like.
While many cities like Baltimore and Philly ended up embracing breakbeat and drum and bass, NYC, Chicago and Detroit could be heard playing this stuff right up to the new millenium.
This ones a banger for sure!
